Safe Harbor House is a women-only treatment facility designed for women ages 18 and over. The treatment program covers mental, physical, and emotional issues for women who suffer from drug and alcohol addictions. Special treatment options are available for those with eating disorders, body image disorders, love/sex addition, and other issues that many women fact. The program includes individual therapy, group counseling, spiritual counseling, family sessions, and more.

Clients may also make use of job placement assistance, education planning programs, anger management classes, and basic life skills courses. The program includes relapse prevention planning, and on-site recreation therapies include yoga, tai chi, art therapy, meditation, massage, equine therapy, and other opportunities for recreational therapies.

All clients must be free of chemical dependency for 72 hours prior to admission, or must be willing to participate in 72 hours of medically supervised detoxification. The standard treatment program lasts for 90 days.
