Support Systems Homes specializes in residential substance abuse treatment programs, and emphasizes the success of 12-step programs, small group therapy, individual sessions, and special recovery-related activities. Family visits are encouraged with family education programs each Saturday, and healthy recreational activities are also sponsored as part of the Support Systems Homes programs.
Each client receives an individualized treatment program that utilizes a combination of the treatment options available. A focus is placed on long-term sobriety, and is designed to help each individual remain sober after completing the program. Support Systems Homes staffs include nurses, counselors, certified physicians, and other certified clinical personnel.
Lifetime aftercare is provided at no additional charge upon completion of the residential program, and graduates are encouraged to participate in alumni activities once they have left Support Systems Homes. An emphasis on peer support groups – both inside and outside the facility – is also a large part of the treatment program at Support Systems Homes.
Special Interest: Support Systems Homes focuses on the lifetime recovery of each client. Transition planning, special long-term homes, and referral services are all available as part of the ongoing treatment program. Support Systems Homes also has legal advocacy services available when clients are referred as part of a legal judgment or other judicial order.
