Top of the World Ranch Treatment Centers offers a complete treatment program that focuses on biological, emotional, psychological, environmental, and behavioral causes of alcohol and drug addictions. Upon admission to the treatment facility, each client undergoes two day of assessment and intake processing, in which full medical and psychological assessments are utilized to help devise a personalized treatment plan. Since the program is holistic in its approach, it is not based on 12-step plans. However, 12-step program meetings are available.
In addition, Top of the World Ranch Treatment Center offers a host of recreational opportunities to increase physical well-being and emotional health. On-site activities include mountain biking, canoeing, row boating, fishing, hiking, and more. Other sports and recreation opportunities include volleyball, lawn bowling, horseshoes, croquet, basketball, and a fitness center with weight machines and cardio equipment.
Special Interest: U.S. citizens who travel to Top of the World Ranch Treatment Center for treatment must possess a current, valid passport in order to enter Canada. However, clients may travel to a specified airport on the American side of the border, and purchase shuttle service from the airport to the treatment center.
